I’d read a few bits online, about people doing “daily running”, where, as the name suggests, they’d get out for a run every day. Often it was a set period of time, such as a month.
Why stop at a month? At that point, it may as well continue, right?
So my challenge is on. 2016. 365 days of running.
This will need to be planned carefully. There will be events of up to half marathon distance through the year, and to be able to achieve this goal, avoiding injury will be imperative.
At the time of writing, I’m 2/2, with a 4km and a 5km.
